Will you dare take on this challenge?
Is your team up for a challenge? It’s an enjoyable culinary activity that everyone will take pleasure in. It’s a great way to enhance the cohesion of your team. The activity starts with the demonstration of a few cooking and cutting techniques from our chef. Then it’s action time! Every team will have to prepare appetizers for the whole group using an imposed ingredient and in a limited amount of time. At the end of the activity the chef will evaluate every creation and pick the best chefs to be.

You will then be able to enjoy your creations as well as those of your colleague. The main meal and dessert will be prepared ahead of time by La Guilde Culinaire according to the menu you will have selected.

Chef John has traveled to 32 countries in his search for culinary perfection, and is a knowledgable caterer with more than nine years in the business in the UK and Ireland. A runner up in the 1999 Toque d'Or culinary competition in London, Chef John has been featured in The Sun newspaper and Restaurant Australia magazine, and he once cooked for Prince Charles at the opening of a new museum!

Cooking and eating are experiences that needs to be shared
What a fun experience learning to cook some delicious Thai food with some friends. The food was all very tasty. Chef John was an attentive host, always ensuring that everyone was in the right track and provided assistance when necessary. Chef John and his team were very organized. The only thing I might change is being some containers to take some of the food home for lunch the next day. There was so much food. All of it was amazing!
Such a fun experience!
I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a cooking experience or gifting such an experience.
